Sterling Investment Partners completed the investment in AIMS Companies.

Sterling Investment Partners, a middle market private equity firm, completed the investment in AIMS Companies, a national provider of infrastructure, inspection, maintenance and support services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We like the long-term secular trends of the demand for the types of services AIMS provides, which tend to be resistant to economic cycles.
