Some Spider, a media and entertainment company, completed the acquisition of Fatherly, a digital website geared toward dads. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It’s just super complementary and incremental to our business. Fatherly has done so many interesting, successful things, and a lot of what they do is different from what we do.
