Franklin Templeton, a private equity firm, led a $175m Series E round in HashiCorp, an application software solutions provider. Additional investors include T. Rowe Price Associates, Redpoint Ventures, GGV Capital, Mayfield Fund, Institutional Venture Partners, True Ventures, and Geodesic Capital. “At HashiCorp, we are providing the Global 2000 with the critical software they need to adopt a cloud operating model for their infrastructure.
