Krause Auto Group, a collection of family-owned dealerships, completed the acquisition of the Mercedes-Benz and commercial truck dealerships in Duluth of Atlanta Classic Cars, a full-service, authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership. Financial terms were not disclosed.
