Private equity firm ESO Capital Partners completed the investment in Churchill Contract Services, a company that operates as a holding company an through its subsidiaries, provides building cleaning, maintenance, security, laundry, pest control, keyholding, waste management, and other services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It was hugely important for us to find a partner that shared our long-term ambitious vision for Churchill.
