Masimo to acquire TNI medical.

Masimo, an American manufacturer of noninvasive patient monitoring technologies, agreed to acquire TNI medical, a Germany-based company engaged in designing, manufacturing, and selling of artificial breathing aids. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The TNI team is excited to join Masimo and leverage their deep engineering and commercial expertise to continue delivering our technology to a large and growing global market for therapy with nasal insufflation," Ewald Anger, TNI CEO.
