Value4Capital completed the investment in Doktor 24.

Value4Capital, the lower mid-market Polish and central European buy-out manager, completed the investment in Doktor 24, a Hungarian health care platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment will finance Dr24’s acquisition of two other well recognized healthcare businesses in Hungary, propelling the Group to one of the top positions on the local market with an expanded range of outpatient services for adults and children, inpatient orthopedic surgery facilities and a sizeable occupational healthcare client base.
