York Capital Management, a global alternative investment firm that focuses on identifying mispriced risk through divergent views of markets and catalysts, and Elements Capital Management, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Famar Group, a manufacturer of machines tools for mechanical workpiece machining, both at single machine and integrated productive processes.
