Madison Dearborn Partners completed the acquisition of APM from Quadrant Private Equity for $415m.

Madison Dearborn Partners completed the acquisition of Advanced Personnel Management, which provides services including in employment, outplacement, training, health and rehabilitation, from Quadrant Private Equity, for $415m. The deal comes as M&A transactions have slowed considerably in the wake of market volatility and uncertainty around the economic environment in Australia and offshore. Quadrant was not known to be marketing its stake - and did not run a wide auction for the asset.
