Amtivo Group completed the acquisition of Certification Europe from Kernel Capital.

Amtivo Group, a company focused on helping SME's gain a competitive advantage by providing a suite of services, completed the acquisition of Certification Europe, am Irelands Certification body for ISO Standards, from Kernel Capital, a company which line of business includes renting, buying, selling and appraising real estate. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Kernel Capital have supported us in building a market-leading ISO certification, Training and Inspection business, resulting in a successful trade sale to the Amtivo Group. From our base in Dublin we will bring to Amtivo access to several core markets, plus genuine leadership, skillset and knowledge in the key area of IT and Data security.
