Dorsch Group to acquire Gauff Rail Engineering.

Dorsch Group, a provider of civil engineering services, agreed to acquire Gauff Rail Engineering, the consulting firm for complex railway projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction has yet to be approved by antitrust authorities. “Both companies complement each other perfectly. With this acquisition we expand our portfolio in the railway sector and strengthen our market position in this segment,” Andreas Schweinar, Dorsch Gruppe CFO.
