Dude Solutions completed the acquisition of Assetic from M.H. Carnegie.

Dude Solutions, a cloud-based operations software provider, completed the acquisition of Assetic, a cloud-based asset management vendor, from M.H. Carnegie, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Combining our product with the Dude Solutions suite is incredibly exciting as this acquisition positions our team to support the growing demand for strategic asset management globally,” Ashay Prabhu and Joel Brakey, Assetic Co-Founders.
