Nortia completed the acquisition of a 5% stake in Merlin Properties for €211m.

Nortia Capital Investment, the holding investor, completed the acquisition of a 5.39% stake in Merlin Properties, the listed real estate company, for €211m ($225m). Specifically, the purchase has been made progressively, acquiring different packages on the market when the opportunity arose, but only now has it exceeded the 5% threshold.
