A consortium of investors, comprising of Han Zi Jing, Chief Executive Officer of Clear Media, Ant Financial, a fintech company, JCDecaux, an outdoor advertising company, and China Wealth Growth Fund III, agreed to acquire Clear Media, an operator of bus shelter advertising panels, for $497m. The offer is conditional upon the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions described in the offer announcement.
