Main Capital completed the acquisition of Alfa Kommun & Landsting and Safe Care Svenska.

Main Capital Partners, a strategic investor with a focus on the software sector in the Benelux, DACH and Nordics regions, completed the acquisition of Alfa Kommun & Landsting, an eHealth software company, and Safe Care Svenska, a specialist company that develops and markets Safe-Doc. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Main has significant experience within the healthcare as well as governmental software market and knows the importance of applying a stakeholder approach to support Alfa in entering into long-term partnerships with its customers. Together, Main and the management team of Alfa will work towards continuously adding further sustainable and strategic value to the end customers through expanding and developing the product offering both organically and by acquisitions,” Charly Zwemstra, Main Capital Managing Partner.
