Main Capital Partners, a strategic investor with a focus on the software sector in the Benelux, DACH and Nordics regions, completed the acquisition of Alfa Kommun & Landsting, an eHealth software company, and Safe Care Svenska, a specialist company that develops and markets Safe-Doc. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Main has significant experience within the healthcare as well as governmental software market and knows the importance of applying a stakeholder approach to support Alfa in entering into long-term partnerships with its customers.
