FLOTTE Holding completed the acquisition of Sanotact from DMK Group.

FLOTTE Holding, an investment arm of the Piëch-Nordhoff family, completed the acquisition of Sanotact, a nutritional supplement manufacturer, from DMK Group, a dairy products retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In the summer of 2019 we developed a strategic target image 'DMK 2030' and, based on this, we are pursuing a focus primarily on dairy products. Sanotact, with its main pillars of dietary supplements, glucose and breath fresheners, is not part of DMK's core business area. As Germany's largest dairy cooperative, we concentrate on our core business with dairy products. This will enable us to unleash DMK's potential and grow in these areas," Ingo Müller, DMK CEO.
