Stark to acquire Thinh Phat Cables and Dong Viet Non-Ferrous & Plastic for $240m.

Stark, a PVC industry firm in Bangkok, Thailand, agreed to acquire Thinh Phat Cables and Dong Viet Non-Ferrous & Plastic, two Vietnamese cable makers, for $240m. "The overall business of the company and the target companies is similar and complement the company’s core business and also enhance the competitive advantages of the group company for domestic and international markets," Stark.
