Visma, a European supplier of business-critical software, completed the acquisition of a majority stale in Draftit and Draftit Privacy, software companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Draftit will remain a self-sustained company, with the same strategy and organisation as before. We will continue developing products and services where legal knowledge is combined with digital solutions which our customers will be able to use for compliance needs in the most professional and efficient way. With Visma backing us, we are seeing even stronger possibilities for a continued expansion,” Per-Ola Rydgren, Draftit CEO.
