Renovus Capital Partners-backed Red Nucleus completed the acquisition of Pyxa Systems.

Renovus Capital Partners-backed Red Nucleus, a provider of learning, performance, and process solutions for the life sciences industry, completed the acquisition of Pyxa Systems, a research & development focused software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled about the addition of Pyxa and DirectusPro to the Red Nucleus family.
