The Public Sector Pension Investment Board completed a strategic investment in SitusAMC, an independent provider of advisory, strategic outsourcing, talent and technology solutions to the commercial and residential real estate finance industry. PSP Investments joins Stone Point Capital, who remains the largest shareholder in SitusAMC. Financial terms were not disclosed.
