PayPoint completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Collect+ from Yodel.

PayPoint, a British business offering a system for paying bills in United Kingdom, Ireland and Romania, completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Collect+, its joint venture with Yodel, a courier firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an extremely important moment for Collect+ which has grown substantially to become the UKs biggest parcel network working with major carriers such as DHL, FedEx and Yodel and retail giants such as Amazon and eBay," Nick Wiles, PayPoint Chairman.
