ETC-Gauff Solutions separated from gauff.com.

ETC-Gauff Solutions, a provider of software and IT services for local public transport, separated from gauff.com, a provider of engineering and business services. Financial terms were not disclosed. ETC has separated from the gauff.com corporate group and will operate as a separate, independent company. New shareholders are the management and a business angel from the digital industry. “Leaving the group will enable us to better align our internal processes, organizational structures and communication channels to our business segment and thus further increase our efficiency. In addition, the future independence and the resources that will be freed up will enable us to invest even more heavily in our own research and development,” Helge Haugk, ETC CEO.
