Leonard Green-backed Veritext, a litigation support firm, completed the acquisition of Atkinson-Baker, a court reporting services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Atkinson-Baker clients will now be in a position to benefit from Veritext’s unsurpassed expertise in remote proceedings and technologies, as well as HIPAA and PII compliant data security coverage.
