Apra to acquire Polymatic.

Apra, a subsidiary of Var Group, a provider of ICT innovation services for companies, agreed to acquire Polymatic, a software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The goal of this new partnership is clear and defined in all its aspects: to design 360° solutions that include technology, services and consultancy for individual business sectors and embrace the whole range of skills required by the new market paradigms.
