Pearce Services to acquire World Wind & Solar and MaxGen Energy Services.

Pearce Services, provider of telecommunication services, agreed to acquire World Wind & Solar and MaxGen Energy Services, providers of services for renewable energy infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition brings tremendous strategic value to the combined platform, including scale for technology and analytics investments, service density to continue driving industry leading response times, and complementary cultures focused on safety and quality," Ben Krick, Pearce President.
