Parquest Capital and Bpifrance completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Groupe JVS from Apax and UI Gestion.

Two private equity firms, Parquest Capital and Bpifrance, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Groupe JVS, a provider of management and e-administration software, from Apax and UI Gestion. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The remarkable trajectory achieved by Groupe JVS since 2016 has been shaped by both the significant expansion of its SaaS offering and the pursuit of its active build-up strategy. JVS has emerged as a leading consolidator on its market. We are also very pleased to have partnered with a strong management team and helped it to acquire an ownership stake in the group through these two successive transactions,” Isabelle Hermetet, Apax Partners Partner and Director.
