YFM completed a majority investment in Innovative Safety Systems.

YFM Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed a majority investment in Innovative Safety Systems, a commercial vehicle safety specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have been very impressed by Gavin and the rest of the ISS team.
