Century Park Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Accelalpha and Prolog Partners.

Century Park Capital Partners, the venture capital and private equity company, completed the acquisition of Accelalpha, a consulting services company, and Prolog Partners, an experienced logistics IT consulting services firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
