TVS Motor completed the acquisition of Norton Motorcycles for £16m.

TVS Motor, an Indian multinational motorcycle company, completed the acquisition of Norton Motorcycles, a motorcycle maker, for £16m. "This is a momentous time for us at TVS Motor Company.
