Fandango to acquire Vudu from Walmart.

Fandango, an American ticketing company, agreed to acquire Vudu, an American content delivery and media technology company, from Walmart, an American multinational retail corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Vudu will continue to deliver an amazing experience, and we promise that the future will bring more new features, offerings, and other benefits as we join the Fandango family,” Vudu.
