Private equity firm Stirling Square Capital Partners, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Assistansbolaget Forsakring Sverige, an automobile insurance brokerage firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have been approached by many different players, but have worked hard to find the right partner to ensure the continued journey of the Assistance Company. We have sought a partner who shares our approach to development and digitalization and who can contribute both competence and capital for the next phase in the company's history.
