Superior Ambulance Service to acquire the ambulance services unit of Beaumont Health.

Superior Ambulance Service, the largest independent, locally-owned and operated emergency medical services provider in the greater Chicagoland area, agreed to acquire the ambulance services unit of Beaumont Health, Michigan's largest health care system.
