Superior Ambulance Service, the largest independent, locally-owned and operated emergency medical services provider in the greater Chicagoland area, agreed to acquire the ambulance services unit of Beaumont Health, Michigan's largest health care system. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Superior’s expertise, experience and commitment to high-quality ambulance service will benefit the community.
