FSN Capital-backed Fellowmind to acquire ProActive for $43m.

FSN Capital-backed Fellowmind, a platform for Microsoft Business Applications and Digital Workplace, agreed to acquire ProActive, a Microsoft partner which provides solutions in communication, process efficiency, knowledge sharing, for $43m. “We cherish the journey we have been taking so far, in our desire to step-up our game, we came across Fellowmind.
