EMPG completed an acquisition Kaidee.

Emerging Markets Property Group, an online classified solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Kaidee, one of Thailand's major marketplaces. Financial terms were not disclosed. “EMPG is at the forefront of the global online marketplace industry and has grown to the prominence given its focus on providing localized solutions to each market in which it operates.
