Waterland-backed Cawood Scientific completed the acquisition of Marchwood Scientific Services.

Waterland-backed Cawood Scientific, the UK’s largest, truly independent provider of accredited analytical testing services, completed the acquisition of Marchwood Scientific Services, a biotechnology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Marchwood has long been a trusted outsourcing partner of ours.
