C-Energy Planá, a coal related electrical power generation company, completed its acquisition of a 50% stake in Teplárna Tábor, an energy company from Uniper, an international energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. It is important to note that this investment will not increase the price of heat consumed. On the contrary, a reduction in prices is expected, given that the supply of heat from 405 to Planá will start at BYTES's collection points in Sídliště nad Lužnicí and Kopeček this year.
