IBRAP, a manufacturer of a wide mix of products, with an emphasis on aluminum frames and construction systems, completed the acquisition of Claris, a Brazilian producer and distributor of PVC frames, doors and windows, from Tigre Group, a manufacturer of plastic materials for the construction and renovation segments. Financial terms were not disclosed.
