Ardian-backed Solina Group, which develops, creates, and supplies taste and visual, functional, and nutritional solutions, completed the acquisition of Hagesued Interspice Gewuerzwerke, a food producer, from Israel Chemicals, which is engaged in the fertilizer and specialty chemical sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed.
