Accel-KKR-backed Kerridge Commercial Systems completed the acquisition of Infomat.

Accel-KKR-backed Kerridge Commercial Systems, a provider of ERP software, services and support solutions for wholesale, distribution, rental and installation customers worldwide, completed the acquisition of Infomat, an application software products developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our acquisition of Infomat marks a new and exciting phase for both companies. Infomat is now part of an internationally successful group which focuses on the global trading and distribution market. Bringing Infomat into the KCS Group will strengthen and deepen our presence in this sector in Belgium and The Netherlands.
