Panasonic to transfer all shares of Panasonic Lighting Europe to Fidelium Partners.

Panasonic, a multinational consumer electronics corporation, agreed to transfer all shares of Panasonic Lighting Europe, a manufacturer of energy-efficient electronic devices for lighting equipment, to Fidelium Partners, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Vossloh-Schwabe offers great opportunities for sustainable and profitable growth.
