Grupo Empresarial Costa, a multi-species food group, completed the acquisition of a stake in Grupo Aviserrano, a company in the Spanish fresh and processed chicken and turkey market. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This agreement will enable greater cost efficiency and the achievement of a €500m turnover within five years. This will include a line of fresh turkey products which will be added soon.
