PointClickCare to acquire Co-Pilot from Consonus Healthcare.

PointClickCare, a cloud-based healthcare software provider, agreed to acquire Co-Pilot, a robust analytics solution, from Consonus Healthcare, a medical staffing services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The technology alignment between Co-Pilot and PointClickCare makes for a very powerful union.
