ETFS Capital-backed ETF Stream, a media company, completed the acquisition of AltFi, a news agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. "By merging ETF Stream and AltFi we are creating one business on a firmer footing and with the potential to do more for their audiences and stakeholders.
