North American Partners in Anesthesia, a single-specialty anesthesia and perioperative management company, completed the acquisition of American Anesthesiology, an anesthesia partner, providing health solutions in clinical settings from MEDNAX, a health solutions partner, for $250m. “This transaction enables American Anesthesiology to become part of a clinician-led, clinically focused, single-speciality organization dedicated to the provision of high-quality anaesthesia, pain management, and perioperative care.
