Snow Phipps-backed Brook & Whittle, a provider of printing and packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of Gilbreth Packaging Solutions, a manufacturer of shrink sleeve labels for a variety of consumer and healthcare end markets, from WestRock Packaging, a manufacturer of corrugated and consumer packaging products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
