Snow Phipps-backed Brook & Whittle completed the acquisition of Gilbreth Packaging Solutions from WestRock Packaging.

Snow Phipps-backed Brook & Whittle, a provider of printing and packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of Gilbreth Packaging Solutions, a manufacturer of shrink sleeve labels for a variety of consumer and healthcare end markets, from WestRock Packaging, a manufacturer of corrugated and consumer packaging products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Croydon is a unique business based on their depth of experience in and knowledge of the shrink sleeve category, which remains a significant strategic focus for us.
