OSM Group to acquire Flexworks.

OSM Group, a provider of product development, scalable mass production and supply chain management solutions, agreed to acquire Flexworks, a ODM developer and manufacturer of electronic products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are passionate about creating customer value. This acquisition allows us to do this while it also creates something truly unique in our industry.
