Arcline Investment Management completed the acquisition of Unitec Elevator from Pacific Avenue Capital.

Arcline Investment Management, a growth-oriented private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Unitec Elevator, an independent provider of elevator maintenance, repair, and modernization services in New York City, New Jersey, and Long Island, from Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private investment firm focused on corporate divestitures and other special situations in the lower middle market. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Unitec has an excellent reputation, strong management team, best-in-class capabilities, and a high-quality portfolio of elevators under maintenance.
