RESPEC completed the acquisition of PDC Engineers.

RESPEC, an engineering consulting firm, completed the acquisition of PDC Engineers, an engineering services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The collective and complementary know-how of the RESPEC/PDC entity creates a unique offering of technical services within the architectural and engineering industry.
