Forest River, a US manufacturer of recreational vehicles, cargo trailers, utility trailers, pontoon boats, and buses, completed the acquisition of the Shuttle Bus Businesses of American Industrial Partners-backed REV Group, designer, manufacturer, and distributor of specialty vehicles, for $49m.
