Private equity firms Abenex Capital and Arkea Capital completed the acquisition of Prevost Laboratory Concept, a laboratory for shaping cosmetic products, food supplements and animal care. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our ambition is to capitalize on the historical qualities that have made the success of the laboratory while taking advantage of the external growth opportunities presented by the markets in which the company is positioned," Paul Bertrand, Abenex Director.
